Kris Berray

RN, LMT-NMT

Kris brings a blend of science, compassionate care, and a whole-person approach to her massage and Reiki practice at Weavers Grove. A Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Psychology, Kris also holds an associate degree in Massage Therapy, certification in Neuromuscular Therapy, and Level III Reiki training. Her background includes urgent care nursing and experience as an EMT, giving her a strong foundation in anatomy, assessment, and attentive, individualized care. Her massage interests include focused work for jaw tension, sciatic discomfort, and neck and shoulder concerns. She also incorporates Reiki and has an interest in tuning forks as tools for relaxation and well-being. Kris believes that effective care begins with listening. She works collaboratively with each client, tailoring sessions to their goals, comfort, and preferences—whether they seek focused muscle work, deep relaxation, or a combination of massage and Reiki. Her intention is simple: to offer a welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported in caring for themselves.
