**As offered in the past, you’ll create colorful Mandalas with watercolors, gel pens, pencils, and more**

This practice easily taps into the INNER child for anyone who enjoys creative expression and a bit of playtime. Experience isn’t necessary, although prior use of watercolors is helpful.

You’ll be encouraged in this judgment free space to create freely with a few basic tips and techniques about watercolor, paper, & brushes. I’ll talk about how color choices and mark making are beneficial for emotional and neural connections and how the mind & nervous system are affected.

We will begin with a grounding and guided meditation using sound frequency, there will be light refreshments.

After grounding and a guided Chakra meditation & activation assisted by sound frequency, we will create an acrylic painting on a 12 x 4 canvas as a reminder of the 7 most common energy centers in the human body, all of which correlate to color frequency, as well.
